Women’s Kickboxing, JUne 28-Aug. 30: This class offers a variety of instructio­n in overall toning, strengthen­ing and cardio moves commonly used in a wide range of classes such as kickboxing, boot camp, step aerobics and more. The program moves to the beat of fun music, is results oriented and adaptable to all fitness levels. Hand weights and a mat are highly recommende­d. $80,$10 per class/

Summer baseball camp: Diamond Kings Baseball and Softball Academy, July 10-13, for ages 7-12, at Nassahegan Recreation Complex, $126 per child. Field hockey camp: Sessions in July for two age groups. For young girls looking to begin or further their experience in the sport of field hockey, this is an opportunit­y to develop the necessary skills and concepts that every great field hockey player has. Each day in camp will include fun field hockey games, drills specific to the day’s theme, snack time and more. Fee is $90 per child.

Gymnastics, dance: For varied age groups, June 26-Aug. 15, $85 per child. Ballet/tap/gymnastics, June 28-Aug. 16, $85 per child.

Dates: June 27 – August 15 No Class: July 4 Fee: $85 per student

Fitness Mix: July 6-Aug. 22, sessions vary. $10. This program combines toning, stretching, weight training and conditioni­ng routines. The classes are an innovative blend of physical activity that is set to a wide assortment of music. Continuous movement provides a complete body workout that is fun for all. Burn fat and reduce stress while you tone and tighten. An exercise mat or towel and hand weights are recommende­d.

Concert in the Park featuring The Kenn Morr Band, July 19, 7 p.m. at Malerbo Recreation Complex, 27 George Washington Turnpike. This Alternativ­e Folk/Rock band plays groovin’ rhythms, unique instrument­ation, poetic lyrics and sweet melodies. Critics say the music stays with you upon firstliste­ning. Their CDs have been played on radio stations throughout the US and Europe. Bring your lawn chairs, picnic baskets, and enjoy free popcorn. This is a free family event.
