HomeServices of America® names Adams Northeast Region President

WALLINGFORD » Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England, New York and Westchester Properties announced that President and CEO Candace Adams has accepted the national role of President of the Northeast Region of HomeServices of America. This appointment is in response to the retirement of Robert (Bob) Moline, President of HomeServices and CEO of its real estate brokerage division.

Over the course of Adams’ 20-year tenure at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, she’s managed tremendous success and expansion both within and beyond the company’s footprint, including the acquisition of six existing brokerages and the launch of three new offices in less than three years. Chief among the brand’s growth activities under Candace’s watch is the launch of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ first New York City location this past Spring.
