COMMUNITY FORUM: The Beekley Memorial Library, Central Avenue, New Hartford, will host a Community Forum On the Potential Effects of the Legalization of Marijuana on Connecticut, 6:30 p.m., March 13. The event is free and the public is welcome. to this open forum and discussion.
