MEMORIAL DAY IN WINSTED: Following the annual Memorial Day parade in Winsted, the Soldiers’ Monument Commission will give a ceremony on Monday, May 28, in East End Park. The parade begins at 11:30 a.m. at the west end of Main Street and concludes in the East End Park.
