About the comedians
⏩ Bob Nelson: Watching a Bob Nelson live performance is like watching several comedians all rolled up into one. Characters like the lovable nerd Eppy Epperman, punchy boxer Jiffy Jeff and chicken rancher Wilby Stuckinson are as funny and memorable as any you will see in comedy today. Bob’s football routine is a comedy classic and “Morning,”, his tale of a farmer and a duck, is a work of showmanship.
A contemporary of Jerry Seinfeld and Jay Leno, Nelson’s talents have been refined by a career that has included appearances on the Merv Griffin Show, the Tonight Show and David Letterman. Bob has performed live thousands of times including the Las Vegas strip, Radio City Music Hall and on NYC’s Broadway. He performed at the Ford Theater in Washington D.C. for President Ronald Reagan and on stage at The Grand Ole Opry.
Nelson was Rodney Dangerfield’s opening act for eight years.
He was featured in two of Rodney’s HBO standup
comedy showcases, alongside Rosanne Barr and Sam Kineson.
That led to two HBO specials starring Bob Nelson, including the ground breaking classic Nelson Schmelson.
From 2006 to 2010 Nelson had his own One Man Comedy show in Branson, Mo. In 2012, he moved the show to Pigeon Forge, Tenn., and performed at the Bob Nelson Family Theatre until 2014.
His goal is to create a new comedy brand on Long Island.
⏩ Sally Ann Hall: Inspired by the fiery volcanoes of Alaska and the swampy potato marshes of Idaho from which she hails, Brooklyn-based Sally Ann Hall has a comedic style that combines wit and charm with childlike bladder control. She is the latest winner of the Laughing Devil Comedy Festival and will headline Caroline’s in 2019.
⏩ Kevin Drombrowski: He is a regular around the New York comedy circuit, Kevin has been seen multiple times on The Artie Lange Show on DirecTV, Comedy Time TV, and The Wendy Williams Show. A regular on SiriusXM with shows like The Dean Obeidallah Show and The Raw Report, Drombrowski has been heard on numerous popular podcasts like Artie Lange’s Uncensored Podcast, Bob and Sheri’s Oddcast, and The Journey Podcast with Carlos Mencia; as well as In Hot Water and Mornin’!!! on Compound Media, and terrestrial radio programs around the country. He has been featured in several comedy festivals and competitions, including the annual March Comedy Madness standup competition at the legendary Caroline’s on Broadway, the Jersey City Comedy Festival, and as a semi-finalist in N.Y.’s Funniest standup competition in association with the New York Comedy Festival. ⏩ Phil Selman: He is the comedian that comedians come to see on their night off. Phil has played the national and international comedy club circuit. He has been seen in four major motion pictures, including the soon-to-be released horror-comedy film “Blood Night” and appeared on more than 20 television shows, including the Showtime original series “Californication” starring David Duchovny. Phil has appeared on more than 100 radio shows nationwide. He has worked with Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, Ray Romano, Dave Chapelle and Jerry Seinfeld.
