OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

⏩ Justin Moffat, Coast Guard: Set single game team record with 256 receiving yards in 338 win over Maine Maritime. Moffat had 13 receptions including touchdown catches of 56 and 58 yards.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

⏩ DJ Exilhomme, Central Connecticu­t: Returned a fumble 40 yards for a touchdown for the Blue Devils’ fourth defensive touchdown this season and added five tackles and two pass breakups to help CCSU hold Bryant to 75 yards of total offense in the second half.

SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK

⏩ AJ Repollet, New Haven: Freshman linebacker blocked two punts, one recovered by Josiah Shumaker for a touchdown and the other one for a safety in 2320 win over rival Southern Connecticu­t.

HOMETOWN FOCUS

⏩ AJ Dillon, Boston College: Junior running back from New London ran for 223 yards and three touchdowns in 4524 win over North Carolina State. It was his third career 200yard rushing game. With 3,665 rushing yards he needs 75 more to break Andre Williams’ career rushing record at BC.

125: Passing yards in fourth quarter by Southern Connecticu­t State quarterbac­k Jackson Ostrowsky in 2320 loss to New Haven. 239: Yards in second quarter in Western Connecticu­t’s 6228 win over Westfield State as Colonials scored touchdowns on all four drives.

389: Yards of total offense by Central Connecticu­t’s Aaron Winchester who passed for 228 yards, ran for 161 in win over Bryant. 4145: Career passing yards for Coast Guard’s Ryan Jones, 353 coming against Maine Maritime on Saturday.
