WINCHESTER REGSTRARS: The Winchester Registrars will hold a final registration session, 9 a.m.-8 p.m., Oct. 29. Online registration must be received, and mail in registrations must be postmarked by Oct. 29. U.S. citizens with identification that shows that they live in Litchfield may register to vote in Litchfield.
