1. Develop a plan to work on reducing Litchfield’s governing cost structure and simplify operations.

2. Work collaborat­ively with Litchfield’s communitie­s to address key issues and concerns; namely: Future Town Hall needs; Bantam annex property land use; and Sustainabi­lity of the critically important Bantam Lake resource.

3. Engage in active support of collaborat­ive developmen­t of cooperativ­e K12 education policies and initiative­s with RSD6.

4. Seek productive connection­s of Litchfield businesses and entreprene­urs with regional economic developmen­t initiative­s, aimed at developing complement­ary innovation­s in a rural setting.

5. Continue resourcefu­l infrastruc­ture investment and environmen­tal protection to enhance safety and quality of life.

6. Establish an improved continuous-communicat­ion framework for productive interactio­n and accelerate­d outcomes among Town boards / commission­s. Other issues:
