CB WEST 5, MOUNT ST. JOSEPH 3 >> CB West came out swinging scoring in the first 10 minutes with a Kaci Murray goal on a scramble at the cage. The Mount came back and scored on a quick break goal less than two minutes later (20:08). West scored a quick response goal off a deflection from Ryan Murray’s stick (19:34). Taylor Mason then scored an additional goal at the 13:21 mark. Before the half Mount scored at 9:02, the first of Natalie McNamara’s two goals.

Taking a 3-2 lead into halftime West knew Mount would come out strong. Within the first few minutes (27:54) Bryn Boylan scored off a corner to put West ahead 4-2. Mount came back and scored with 25:36 off a McNamara breakaway. With less than 30 seconds left Ryan Murray earned a corner which Bryn Boylan put home at the .01 mark to notch the 5-3 score. Dock swept its neighborho­od rivals 25-13, 26-24, 2514 on Tuesday. Daphne Hunsinger led the way with 17 kills and three aces. Carsyn McCloskey had eight aces on the night in addition to her 10 digs. The offense stepped up their game with kills each from Courtney Herm, Maura Shisler and Hannah Swartley.

UPPER MERION 3, NORRISTOWN 0 >> The Vikings swept their nearby rival in a Pioneer Athletic Conference clash Tuesday. Upper Merion won 25-9, 5-7, 25-9 getting 12 kills from Tori Wright, 10 kills from Emma Andraka and 28 assists from Kelly Moore. Katelyn O’Brien had five service aces.

GMA 3, ST. BASIL ACADEMY 0 >> GMA swept the match 25-8, 25-16 and 25-19 on Tuesday. Lizzy Ferguson led the way with 10 kills, while Abigail Kress added nine.

HATBORO-HORSHAM 3, SOUDERTON 1 >> The Hatters outlasted the Indians 17-25, 2523, 25-19 and 25-21 behind 14 kills and 4 digs from Holly Owen whereas junior outside hitter Katerina Yankanich had a monster of a game including 13 kills and 18 digs. Libero Allison Laucella had 25 digs and 5 aces on the night.

Victoria Rapak and Julia Heinze had a combined six well-timed blocks mostly in the fourth set. Megan Barella and Maddie Kallmeyer added three and four aces respective­ly.

Sophomore setter Rachel Dittus had 32 assists, three digs and two aces. Lauren Hamilton led Souderton with 30 assists, 14 digs and three blocks, while Talia Watson added 12 digs and three aces. Miranda Baronet added 12 kills and 12 digs, while Tori Reiner had 11 kills and five blocks.

PW 3, QUAKERTOWN 0 >> The Colonials won 25-10, 25-6 and 25-16 on Monday behind six aces, six kills and 16 digs frm Lily Acquaviva. Emily Waltz added three aces, nine kills and eight digs, while Gia Piazza had three aces, one kill and three digs. Lauren Coscia added nine kills and one block, while Olivia Carbo added two assists and 17 digs.
