PA man charged in crash

A Pennsylvania man who authorities say was improperly trying to pass other vehicles when he caused a head-on crash in New Jersey that killed his wife and another person is now facing charges.

Atlantic County prosecutors say Albert Tolley faces two counts of death by auto. The Malvern man could face up to 20 years in prison if he’s convicted on both counts.

State police have said the July 2015 crash occurred on a stretch of Route 49 in Estelle Manor.

They say Tolley was trying to pass other vehicles when his collided with a vehicle driven by Karen Kunak of Dravosburg, Pennsylvania.
