Branch vice president appointed
David Krieger, president of Coldwell Banker Preferred, announces that Flourtown resident Kevin Reddington has been appointed branch vice president of the Coldwell Banker Preferred office in Blue Bell.
Reddington will be responsible for the oversight of 105 affiliated sales associates serving the communities of Abington, Ambler, Art Museum, Blue Bell, Chestnut Hill, Conshohocken, Flourtown, Glenside, Hatboro, Jenkintown, Lafayette Hill, Plymouth Meeting and Wyncote.
“Under Kevin’s leadership, the sales associates will benefit tremendously from his dedication and extensive experience in real estate marketing and sales,” Krieger said. “Additionally, his enthusiasm and commitment to superior customer service will be an asset to clients and will certainly position the Blue Bell office for continued great success.”
Reddington has 24 years of residential real estate experience as a full-time licensed agent and comes from a well-known real estate family. His father, Martin, was a highly respected real estate broker in Glenside where he operated Prudential Reddington Realtors for more than four decades.
In 2014, Reddington affiliated with the Blue Bell office of Coldwell Banker Preferred and has been consistently recognized for his outstanding sales achievements. He has been recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite Award designation in 2015 and the Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier Award designation in 2016, placing him in the top 2 percent and 1 percent, respectively, among nearly 88,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide.

Reddington is a member of the National Association of Realtors and has achieved the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Graduate Realtor Institute
(GRI) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designations. A graduate of La Salle University, he lives in Flourtown with his wife and four children.
