DOCK 11, FAITH CHRISTIAN 7 >> Neither team would record a hit through three innings but Dock finally got the bats going in the fifth, scoring six runs on five hits, including a no-doubt home run from Jill Bolton, a triple by Olivia Boyle and a double by Jules Rotelle.

The Pioneers added three more runs in the sixth on four hits, including doubles by Boyle and Bolton.

Two insurance runs were added in the top of the seventh on a catcher’s error, a walk to Sam Diloreto and a double by Bri Stoner.

McKenzie Gordon got the win, going five innings and giving up five hits. Theresa Beck closed out, pitching the last two innings.

McKenzie Gordon made sure that her team got back on the bus pretty quickly. Gordon gave up just two hits while striking out 7 over the 3 ½ innings needed.

She was also 3 for 3 at the plate. Jill Bolton was 4 for 4 with a HR, two doubles and 4RBIs Theresa Beck, Melea Ruth and Audrey Schweizerh­of all collected hits.

Pennridge improved to a perfect 4-0 with the road victory.

Souderton (3-1, 2-1 SOL Continenta­l) got four wins from Shamar Jenkins and Stephen Scott and Connor McMeniman also had some amazing performanc­es for Big Red, which now gets ready for The William Allen Invite on Friday.
