Berkshire Hathaway welcomes sales associates
Patricia O’Herrick, sales leader of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors Harleysville Home Marketing Center, welcomes the Keeler Team, consisting of Terri and Tim Keeler and Denise Derstine. The team was previously with Re/Max Reli- ance.

Terri Keeler, CDPE, licensed since 2013, and Tim Keeler, licensed since 2015, are award-winning agents and members of the Montgomery County Association of Realtors. Terri Keeler specializes in short sales, and Tim Keeler has previous experience in marketing. They reside in Telford with their two children.
Licensed since 2016, Derstine resides in Telford with her husband, Brian, and their three children. The Keeler Team serves Montgomery County and can be contacted at 215-256-6543.
Additionally, Linda Ostrowsky, sales leader of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors Blue Bell office, welcomes Chris Mohr as a sales associate. Licensed since 2016, Mohr was previously with Weichert Realtors.

Sales associate recognized with regional award
John Bilek, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, has announced that sales associate Mary Lynne Loughery of the Blue Bell office was recognized for her exceptional industry performance during 2016.
As a top producer, Loughery led her Weichert sales region, which is composed of locations throughout the Main Line, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania and New Castle County in Delaware, for resale dollar volume during the year. The award was presented during Weichert’s annual awards celebration, held this year in Atlantic City March 29.

Contest benefits Habitat for Humanity
Fox & Roach Charities, the charitable arm of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors and The Trident Group, was the founding sponsor of the 14th annual Build A House … Build A Dream contest for kids, raising $15,000 for Habitat of Humanity of Chester County.
One hundred fifth-graders from across the Delaware Valley participated in the event by building and presenting a model of their dream home.
In this competition, students worked individually or in pairs to build their own three-dimensional model dream home. Judges, including professional architects, engineers, real estate agents and builders, remarked at the extraordinary creativity of this year’s houses, which featured a house on the moon, a house held by an octopus and even an Olympics-themed house.
All participants received recognition for their efforts and the top winners earned prizes.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors recently honored Montgomery County sales associates for their sales performance for February at a monthly Breakfast of Champions.
