Norristown’s Austin Montgomery had a dominating performanc­e at the PAC Championsh­ips Friday. Montgomery won the 100 and 200. He topped it off by helping Norristown win the 4x100 gold.

Baseball

PLUMSTEAD CHRISTIAN 3, DOCK 0 >> Dock Mennonite watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 3-0 loss to Plumstead Christian on Friday. Plumstead Christian took the lead on a single in the first inning.

The pitching was strong on both sides. Plumstead Christian pitchers struck out three, while Dock Mennonite Pioneers sat down four.

One bright spot for Dock was a single by Connor Schnable in the second inning.

David Keller took the loss for Dock. He pitched three innings, allowing three runs, three hits, and striking out two.

Schnable, Keller, Ryan Nichols, and Harrison Moyer all had one hit to lead Dock.
