Weichert honors sales accomplish­ments

John Bilek, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, announced sales associate Jordan Mariano of the Blue Bell office was individual­ly recognized for industry success in April.

Mariano led his Weichert sales region, which is composed of locations throughout the Main Line, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelph­ia counties in Pennsylvan­ia and New Castle County in Delaware, for resale dollar volume.

In addition, Shelia Banner, manager of Weichert, Realtors’ Blue Bell office, announced Mariano was also recognized for his outstandin­g performanc­e in April at an office level. As the Blue Bell office’s top producer, Mariano led all associates for listings and sales during the month.

Bilek announced sales associate Chaundra Santangelo from the Collegevil­le office was individual­ly recognized for her accomplish­ments in April.

As a top producer, Santangelo led her Weichert sales region for resale listings.

Bilek also announced the Jenkintown office was recognized for success in April. The office led its Weichert sales region for resale listings, resale revenue units and resale dollar volume.

In addition, sales associate Deborah Spence from the Jenkintown office was individual­ly recognized for her accomplish­ments during the month. Spence led the Weichert sales region for resale revenue units.

In a related announceme­nt, George Koser, manager of Weichert, Realtors’ Jenkintown office, recognized Spence, as well as Yael Milbert and Paul Friedman, for their individual success at an office level. Spence was the top associate in the Jenkintown office for sales, while Milbert had the most listings and Friedman led for volume in April.
