Berkshire Hathaway congratulates Breakfast of Champions
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors recently honored Montgomery County sales associates for their sales performance for April at a monthly Breakfast of Champions.
Sales associates honored were: Linda Baron, Kathy Givigliano, Mary McNamara and Debbie Mignogna, of the Blue Bell office; Janet Cribbins, Jen Rinella and Michel Sivel, of the Chestnut Hill office; Jeanne Ciociola, Joe Dudek and Megan Goldstein, of the Collegeville office; Terry Derstine, Kevin Loughran and Amber Williams, of the Harleysville Home Marketing Center; Joseph Dougherty, Ben McTamney, Stevie Newman
and Philip Williams, of the Jenkintown Home Marketing Center; and Tom Higgins and Monica Maben, of the Spring House Home Marketing Center.
Toll Brothers receives 22 HBA Synergy Awards
Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, was recently recognized at the Synergy Awards with a total of 22 awards.
Judged by the Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties and the Home Builders Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties, the awards honor excellence in construction, sales and marketing, as well as design of new homes.
“It was an honor to receive such tremendous recognition from the Home Builders Associations,” said
Andrew Semon, division president of Toll Brothers. “To be recognized by our peers speaks volumes about Toll Brothers’ quality and craftsmanship.”
Winners of the coveted Community of the Year award in their respective categories were Regency at Hilltown (55-plus under 2,500 square feet), White Springs at Providence (55plus over 2,500 square feet), Penn Land Farm (singlefamily under 2,500 square feet), Reserve at Makefield (single-family 2,500-3,500 square feet) and The Preserve at Providence (singlefamily over 3,500 square feet).
In addition to the product awards, several Toll Brothers employees received individual achievement awards. including Lisa Linn (Regency at Yardley, Community Sales Manager of the Year), Jim Kniele (Regency at Yardley, Project Manager of the Year) and Nicole Gallagher (Bucks County Design Studio, Best Selections/ Options Coordinator).
Also, many of Toll Brothers’ sales managers were Multi-Million Dollar Club winners, and the Chadds Ford, Pa., Design Studio received the Best Builder Design Studio award, while Regency at Upper Dublin took home the Best Sales Center award.
Berkshire Hawthway honors office leaders for April
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors salutes sales associates in the Collegeville office and Jenkintown Home Marketing Center for being the office leaders for the month of April, 2017.
In the Collegeville office, AnneMarie Wagner has been recognized for listings. Licensed since 1994, Wagner, CRS, is a recipient of the Chairman’s Circle Award. She is a 10-year resident of Worcester.
The Megan Goldstein and Joe Dudek Team has been recognized for volume and units. Goldstein, CRS, SRS, licensed since 2001, and Dudek, ABR, CRS, CSP, GRI, SRS, SRES, Relocation Specialist, licensed since 1991, are recipients of the Chairman’s Circle Gold and Chairman’s Circle Platinum Awards. Goldstein is a 13-year resident of Limerick, and Dudek is a lifetime resident of Pottstown.
In the Jenkintown Home Marketing Center, Becky Krevitz has been recognized for listings. Licensed since 2006, Krevitz, CNE, is the recipient of Leading Edge Award, Society Award and Five Star Real Estate Agent Award. She is a 27-year resident of Cheltenham.
The Joseph Dougherty Team, led by Joseph Dougherty and consisting of Ben McTamney and Mike Murphy, has been recognized for units and volume. Licensed since 2004, Dougherty is a recipient of the President’s Circle, Chairman’s Circle and Five Star Real Estate Agent Awards. He resides in Philadelphia.
