Jean H. Devlin

Jean H. Devlin (nee Herr) age 95, of Gwynedd Estates and formerly of the Bustleton section of Philadelphia, passed away peacefully on Nov. 12, 2017, and is now with her Lord and Savior.

Survived by her loving husband of 71 years, William J. Devlin.

Loving mother to Jeanne Brennan (Bob), Cathie Owens (Mike) and William J. Devlin, Jr. (Patricia). Adored by her six grandchildren, Shawn, Melanie, Hilary, Michael, Kate and Maura; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Red Cross blood drive volunteer for two decades. Member of the Pennsylvania Electoral College in 1980 and 1972. Treasurer and Secretary of the Republican Women’s Club of Pennsylvania (Hannah Penn) for over 35 years.

Funeral Mass 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Alphonsus Church, 33 Conwell Drive, Maple Glen, PA 19002. Interment in Resurrection Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing after 9:45 a.m. Thursday at the church.
