Diane Elizabeth Heckler

Diane Elizabeth Heckler (Spear), 66, passed away Wed. Nov. 22, 2017 at the Heartland Health Care Center in Three Rivers, Michigan.

Diane was born Aug. 29, 1951 in Sellersville, Pennsylvania. She lived in nearby Lansdale, PA until 1986 when she moved to Sturgis, MI.

Diane will forever be remembered by her four children: Karen Strus, Julie Tuka, Robert Spear and Lisa Edenfield. She will also be fondly remembered by her nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, sister: Pat Chappell, brother: Thom, and longtime companion: George Clark.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Arlene Heckler, her brother Steve, and a grandson. Her hobbies and interests included going to yard sales, watching football, baseball and wrestling, playing computer games, and playing with her cat, Tigger. But what she truly loved was spending time with her family and friends.

A memorial service will be held Saturday Dec. 9, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, 615 Cowpath Road, Lansdale, PA 19446.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Diabetes Foundation, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA, 22311.
