Pennridge edges Methacton to stay unbeaten

The Pennridge boys basketball team improved to 3-0 Wednesday night with a 52-51 non-league victory over Methacton.

Jon Post led Pennridge with 17 points. Methacton dropped to 1-2.

ST. JOSEPH’S PREP 55, GA 37 » Jordan Longino’s 15 points paced Germantown Academy as the Patriots fell to St. Joseph’s Prep in a nonleague matchup Wednesday.

Lacy Snowden had 13 points for GA (2-3).

SPRINGFIEL­D (M) 58, JENKINTOWN 43 » Jordan Pauls had 16 ponts and Spring- field-Montco outscored Jenkintown 20-7 in the fourth quarter to earn its first victory Tuesday.

Quentin Johnson finished with 11 points for the Spartans (1-2). Kyle Lam hit three three-pointers to pace Jenkintown (0-1) with 16 points.

Antaun Lloyd gave the Trojans a 13-6 decision at 182.
