Art Herling Group achieves more than $22M in monthly sales volume

-

Art Herling and his group of agents at Long & Foster’s Blue Bell/ Devon/Wayne offices had more than $22 million in sales volume and 65 sales in November.

The group’s sales are up 7.5 percent compared to the same time last year.

“Our team has more than 200 listings in the area, and this heavy market presence generates an enormous amount of leads for the group,” Herling said. “The energetic formula of our high-tech, high-touch, forward-thinking marketing in a unique way gets homes sold and keeps production and sales at an all-time high. As the marketplace has its challenges, more homebuyers and sellers are recognizing us as the go-to agents to get their homes sold or find a new one. Additionally, we are one of the fastest growing groups in the Delaware Valley.”

Herling is a 37-year veteran of the real estate profession and has been involved in nearly every aspect of real estate, from sales to management, to home building and land acquisition. He specializes in luxury home sales, including both resale and new construction. He has been named Long & Foster’s No. 1 agent in Pennsylvania, the No. 4 agent in Pennsylvania overall and the No. 1 agent in the Philadelphia suburbs, which includes Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties. He is a member of the Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties, as well as the Home Builders Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
