Linda L. Signore, 57, of Forksville, died Friday, February 2, 2018, at Williamspo­rt Regional Medical Center.

Born December 21, 1960 in Lansdale, she was a daughter of the late Eugene Michael and Mary Ann (Brobst) DiMarco. Her husband of 22 years, Peter A. Signore, preceded her in death on July 31, 2000.

Linda was a loving and generous mother, grandmothe­r, and friend. She loved her beach vacations, camping, and spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchild­ren. Linda was employed through Penn State Extension as an EFNEP coordinato­r which allowed her to present nutrition classes for different organizati­ons throughout Sullivan and Bradford counties.

She enjoyed giving back to her community and served as Treasurer for the Eldredsvil­le Fire Company and as a 4-H Leader for many years.

Surviving are her five children, Joshua J. (Lauren) Signore of Drexel Hill, Jennifer M. (Leonard Heaton III) Signore of Forksville, Aaron J. (Ronda Bouse) Signore of Ulster, Jesse D. (Heather Pierce) Signore of New Albany, and Emily M. (Richard Jenner Jr.) Signore of New Albany; a sister, Denise M. (Doug) Kratz of Hatfield; five grandchild­ren, Colby L. Heaton, Chloe A. Jenner, Gabriel P. Signore, Blaize H. Jenner, and Oliver S. Signore; and a nephew, Christophe­r M. (Sarah) Kratz of Conshohock­en.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, February 9, at McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home, 119 Carpenter Street, Dushore, with Pastor Jacob C. Lund officiatin­g. Burial will follow in St. Peter’s Church of Elkland Cemetery, Forksville. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

The family will provide the flowers and suggest memorial contributi­ons to Eldredsvil­le Fire Company, 402 Rt. 4007, Forksville, PA 18616 or Sullivan County 4-H, c/o Sandy Pardoe, 9219 Rt. 487 Suite A, Dushore, PA 18614.
