Beth Ann Morshead of Auburn, PA

Beth Ann Morshead, 51, of Auburn, PA passed away July 10, 2017 due to injuries from a car accident in Weott, CA while on vacation in Northern CA. She was born Dec. 4, 1965 at Suburban Community Hospital in Norristown, PA. Graduating from Souderton High School and North Montco Vo-Tech in 1984, she pursued a career in cosmetology and founded Aphrodite Hair Salon in Harleysville, PA with her friend Cheryl Siegfried. She was the genesis behind all the curly hair perms in her family in the 80’s. A growing family in Green Lane soon turned her duties to full time motherhood. Family was the most important thing in her life. She always took care of everyone else no matter what the situation was. Tragically her daughter Savanna Sage Weibel (21), passed away in the accident as well.

Surviving Beth is her partner and the love of her life, Aleko L. (Weibel) of Green Lane and by her first husband, William (Yourl) of Montgomeryville, PA. Beth is proceeded in death by six children, William and Stephen (Yourl), Tessa, Aleko(Louie), Sequoia, and Elizabeth (Weibel), Her grand children Nicholas, Stephen, Isabella, Adrian, and Christopher. Beth was the daughter of Charles R. and Trudy A. (Halter) Morshead currently of Philadelphia, PA. and sister to Charles R. Morshead Jr. of Bedford, NH, Stephen C. Morshead of Telford, PA, and William A. Morshead of San Antonio, TX. About 20 nieces and nephews from various parts of the country.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held for Beth and Savanna at 2:30PM on Sunday, Feb. 25, 2018 at Morning Star Fellowship, 100 Limekiln Road, Bechtelsville, PA. A pot luck luncheon will immediately follow the service. Beth was a true free spirit and was lucky to have all of her children in her life but they were even luckier to have her as their mom.
