Savanna (Vanna) Sage Weibel, 21, of Auburn, PA passed away July 10, 2017 due to injuries from a car accident in Weott, CA while on vacation in Northern CA. She was born on Jan. 22, 1996 at Grand View Hospital in Sellersvil­le, PA. Graduating from Blue Mountain High School in 2014 she worked locally at Amazon and was in the process of relocating to Humbolt County in Northern, CA to pursue a career in agricultur­e. She enjoyed working and acting at the PA Renaissanc­e Faire and baby sitting her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed volunteeri­ng at Music Festivals around the world. Savanna was a wild and free spirit who shined as bright as the sun and spread her love throughout the world. The wild and crazy in her came through her eyes and that could knock you off your feet as well as a flip of her hair. Savanna was free spirited and accepting of everyone. She truly enjoyed what life had to offer and lived in the moment. Tragically her mother Beth Morshead passed away in the same accident. Also preceding her in death was her grandfathe­r Louis R. Weibel of Green Lane, PA. Surviving Savanna are her siblings, William and Stephen(Yourl), Tessa, Aleko (Louie), Sequoia, and Elizabeth Weibel. Her father Aleko L. Weibel of Green Lane,PA., her Uncle’s Charles R., Stephen C., and William A. Morshead, Rye and Eli Weibel, and Chris Rodenberge­r, her Aunt’s India Goldberg(Weibel), Erin McCauley (Wambold), and Lauren Eustace. Her nephews Nicholas, Stephen, Isabella, Adrian, Christophe­r, Lily and Ben. About 20 cousins from Bedford, NH, San Antonio, TX, and other parts of PA. Her grandparen­ts, Charles R. and Trudy A. (Halter) Morshead of Philadelph­ia and Erica Mau Weibel of Green Lane. A Celebratio­n of Life Service will be held for Beth and Savanna at 2:30PM on Sunday, Feb. 25, 2018 at Morning Star Fellowship, 100 Limekiln Road, Bechtelsvi­lle, PA. A pot luck luncheon will immediatel­y follow the service. Savanna was a beautiful, wild, and free spirit and we were all so lucky to have her in our lives as a daughter, sister, niece, aunt, uncle, grand daughter and friend.
