John H. Lauman Sr. of Hatfield

John H. Lauman Sr., 91, of Hatfield, passed away Sunday, April 1, 2018. He was the beloved husband of the late Kathleen E. (Bair) Lauman.

Born in Worcester in 1926, he was a son of the late John C. and Estella (Heffentrager) Lauman.

John was the co-owner of Lauman & Son Radiator Shop in Lansdale. When not at work, he enjoyed vacationing with his family in Point Pleasant, PA, and spending time with his grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, and dogs. John was an avid fresh and saltwater fisherman, and a fan of professional wrestling.

John is survived by three sons, John H. Lauman Jr. (Christina) of Lansdale, Michael J. Lauman (Ruth) of New Britain, and Thomas E. Lauman of Macungie; four siblings, Ann, Bob, Stella, and Virginia; nine grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

He is predeceased by a son, David B. Lauman; four brothers; and one sister.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 5 and again from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 6 in the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Avenue, Lansdale. John’s funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, with interment to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, North Wales.
