Arrest made in armed robbery
Lansdale police also charge Shawn Gallagher for a separate incident
Shawn Patrick Gallagher, 21, was taken into custody at his Green Lane home by Pennsylvania State Police at Skippack after an arrest warrant for Gallagher was issued July 16 in connection with the previous day’s armed robbery at the Gulf Gas station at N. Main and Noble streets in Sellersville, Perkasie Borough Police Department said.
Gallagher was taken to Montgomery County Prison for charges of resisting arrest and arrest warrants from Lansdale Borough Police Department, Montgomery County Probation and New York, police said. A video arraignment on the charges in the Sellersville robbery was scheduled for July 20, police said.

thanked the PSP Skippack, Lansdale, and Marlborough Township police departments, along with members of the public who provided tips leading to the arrest.
A release including surveillance camera photos was posted following the robbery.
The robbery happened at 4:11 p.m. July 15 when
a man entered the store, showed a black handgun and demanded cash and cigarettes, police said.
The charges in the Sellersville case include robbery, possession of a prohibited weapon, reckless endangerment, terroristic threats, theft and receiving stolen property, online court information shows.
The Lansdale charges are for burglary and related charges in connection with an April incident, the online court information shows.
