Tuesday, September 18: Trip to Sight and Sound in Lancaster to see show “Jesus”. Leave at 8:15 am from Centennial Field on Marshall St. (next to batting cages) for 11 am show. Bring something to eat because lunch will not be until 2:30 at Shady Maple. After we eat, we leave for home. Cost $110. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, September 28, 29, 30 and October 1: Trip to Eagles vs Titans game in Tennessee. Sunday, July 15, through Tuesday, July 17: Tiferet Bet Israel Synagogue of Blue Bell will hold its annual rummage sale Sunday, July 15, through Tuesday, July 17, offering the public a huge selection of consumer items donated by more than 500 family members. Sale hours are 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday and from 2:00 to 6:30 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday. Included among the items for sale are hundreds of men’s, women’s and children’s apparel, along with books, small electronic­s, toys, games, housewares—including a large selection of kitchen utensils and dishes--sporting goods, handbags, shoes, backpacks and luggage. Some items, including many designer products, are brand new and still carry the original price tag. Deluxe items will again be on display in the boutique section near the entrance of the auditorium. Items will be sold by the bag on Monday and Tuesday only. TBI is located at 1920 Skippack Pike (Route 73) just east of North Wales Rd.

Are you looking for a meaningful volunteer experience, which will impact the lives of adult learners and their families? If so, LCN needs you! LCN matches adult volunteer tutors with other adults needing help with reading, writing, math, GED preparatio­n or English as a Second Language (ESL). Volunteer tutors attend a 1.5 hour Orientatio­n and 12hour Tutor Training Workshop before being matched with a student. The pair is then expected to meet at a public place twice weekly for 1.5 hours per session for a minimum of six months or until the student goal is met. SENIOR VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

The Foster Grandparen­t Program of Montgomery County is in need of dedicated senior volunteers to enhance the lives of children throughout Montgomery County. Volunteer Foster Grandparen­ts must be 55 years of age or older and be willing to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
