MALVERN BANK DONATES ATM FEES TO NONPROFITS

-

Malvern Bank recently donated revenue from monthly ATM fees to four area nonprofits. The donation is a continuation of a program launched earlier this year by Malvern Bank to donate the revenue to local nonprofits on a quarterly basis.

Based on Malvern’s first quarter ATM revenues, the donation totaled $894.

“At times like this — during the coronavirus pandemic — we at Malvern Bank believe it is especially important to not only ‘buy local’ to support our community, but to ‘give local,’ too,” Anthony C. Weagley, Malvern Bank’s president and CEO, said in a press release. “The four organizations to which we’ve donated represent the best of our community — supporting local tourism and entertainment; providing for the safety of our citizens and animals; and stimulating and encouraging a variety of art forms. We are proud to help these organizations to achieve their missions, and we encourage others in the community to support our local institutions.”
