• The Red Hill Fire Company is hosting double-feature Drive-In Movie Nights on Friday and Saturday, June 12 and 13, at dusk. Scheduled to be shown are “Despicable Me” and “Minions.” The parking lot opens at 7 p.m., and concessions will be served onsite. Cost is $20 per vehicle, with tickets available at thegrandtheater.org.
• The Friday Facebook Live Concert Series will stream performances by Daniel Bower, Ian Zolitor, Hezekiah Jones and Chris Bathgate on Friday, June 12, from 8 to 10 p.m. Donations are requested, with 75% going to the artists and 25% to the Kisses for Kyle Foundation, which supports Delaware Valley families whose children are battling cancer. Anyone donating $10 or more will be eligible for prizes, including studio time at Cambridge Sound Studios, Hezekiah Jones CDs and a painting by Crow vs. Lion.
• Sunnybrook Social Distancing Drive-In Movies in the parking lot of the SunnyBrook Ballroom, 50 SunnyBrook Road, Pottstown, will present “SpaceJam” on Friday, June 12; “The Way Back” on Saturday, June 13; and “E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial” on Sunday, June 14. The lot and concessions open at 7 p.m., and the movies start at dusk. Tickets cost $20 per vehicle and must be purchased in advance at www. boyertownstatetheatre.com.
• The West Reading Community Revitalization Foundation is hosting Second Friday on the Avenue on Friday, June 12, from 5 to 8 p.m. along Penn Avenue. The event celebrates locally owned shops and restaurants. Mo7s, the Berks County-based duo of Dave and Amy Lewis, will perform at Sixth and Penn avenues, where space will be provided for outdoor dining. Visitors are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing, if possible. Merchants have agreed to a code of conduct in line with advice from state and local officials.
• Three Strands with special guest Matt Miskie will present a free virtual concert as part of the Music in the Orchard Series at 1719 Herr House and Museum on Saturday, June 13, at 6 p.m. Register at bit.ly/MusicInOrchard.
• Philadelphia Young Pianists Academy presents a livestream concert on its Facebook page featuring Binghao Li, winner of the 2019 Philadelphia International Piano Competition (Senior Division) and participant in the 2019 PYPA Piano Festival, on Sunday, June 14, at 4 p.m.
