Carroll holds off test from Dock

ARCHBISHOP CARROLL 3, DOCK1» Meg Sheridan broke open a scoreless game with a goal in the first half for Carroll (4-1), which gave them a 1-0 lead at intermission. Olivia Yetter evened things up in the second half with a goal for Dock off an assist from Sarah Curry. Juia Kingsbury answered with a goal of her own shortly thereafter to put Carroll on top 2-1. Carleigh Connors finished up the scoring for Carroll with 6 mintues left to make it a 3-1 game. Casey Harper had 13 saves in net for Dock, while Courtney Keith had 5 saves. METHACTON6, SPRING-FORD 0» The Warriors jumped out to a 4-0 halftime advantage and coasted to the win on Monday. Alexa Kratz scored two goals and added one assist for Methacton. Also scoring for the Warriors were Elise DeWan, Bene Catoia, Jess Serafin and Madison Noh. Gabby DiPrinzio made 3 saves in net.

PJP II 2, LC 0 » PJP II girls soccer beat Lansdale Catholic 2-0 on Monday. Goals were scored by Lauryn Rezza off an Audrey Moroz cross and Schuler scored off of a beautiful pass from Sophia Hinke. Hailey Bond, who was playing for injured starting goalie Gina Marinelli, made nine saves. METHACTON3, PERKVALLEY 0» The Warriors used a big 2nd-half attack to pick up the win on Monday. Kirsten O’Brien opened the scoring in the 46th minute, from a feed by freshman Aubrey Beaugard. Beaugard registered the Warriors second goal on a scramble in front of the net, assisted by freshman Kendall Ricca in the 68th minute. Ruby Murray finished the scoring, by picking off a PV pass and shooting from about 30 yards out. Methacton goa lkeeper Mairi Smith made 5 saves for the Warriors, while Riley Hill and Serena Davis combined for 7 saves for the Vikings. Methacton is now 5-3-3 overall, and are 4-0-2 in their last 6 games. GMA5, MERION MERCY1» Samantha Berish, Kaylie Griffin, Hailey Morris, Cassidy Palazzo and Lauren Drakeley scored the goals for the Monarchs on Monday. Grace Galbreath and Lynley Koschineg combined for five saves in net.

PHOENIXVILLE 3, DOCK 0 » The Pioneers wrapped up their regular season on Monday night. Reynaldo Ramos helped keep Dock (7-5) in the game with 10 saves on 13 shots. Scoring for Phoenixville were CJ Jahn, Ricky Kaniewski and Mitchell Pechacek.
