West Chester chamber hosts tax planning session
Part of ‘Business Owners in the Know’
WEST CHESTER » The Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce will host a “Business Owners in the Know” program this week, focused on year-end tax planning. The session will be held via the Zoom conferencing app on Wednesday, Nov 4 at 12 p.m., and will feature a panel of local tax accounting experts.
The panel will discuss a wide variety of important tax planning questions ranging from Qualified Business Income planning and Roth IRA conversions to PPP loan forgiveness and legislation that may change based on the results of the presidential election.
Panelists include Bill Brady of Pellini Gold Cordes CPA, LLC; Melissa Hawes of Miles Financial Management Inc.; and Michael Wylam of Pagani & Wylam, CPA with Donna Urian of Fischer Cunnane & Associates Ltd. serving as the event’s moderator.
“The chamber works hard to select topics that are relevant and insightful for our members. You won’t want to miss this presentation,” Dave Fairman, interim president of the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce, said in a press release.
The chamber’s Business Owners in the Know program is a series of professional development programs designed specifically for the region’s businesses and business owners, and is sponsored by West Chester University.
