Drive-thru live Christmas Nativity: Join Central Schwenkfel­der Church and the community the weekend of Dec. 12-13 for a drive-thru live Christmas Nativity. Enjoy Christmas songs and Scripture readings from your car as you drive through the scenes of the Christmas story on Central’s beautiful campus, 2111 S. Valley Forge Rd. Lansdale. There will be one afternoon performanc­e on Saturday, Dec. 12 from 1-2:30 p.m. and two evening performanc­es on Saturday, Dec. 12 and Sunday, Dec. 13 from 6-7:30 p.m. This is a free event to spread the story and love of Jesus this Christmas season. St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 211 S. Main St. North Wales: Celebrates the 25th Sunday after Pentecost with live streaming worship service with Communion at 10 a.m. Access via www.stpetersno­rthwales.org directly or click on the Facebook logo. Although our physical church facilities are temporaril­y closed due to the pandemic, the rest of our church — the people, prayers, spirits and ministries are open. All past services and special music can also be viewed on the web site. The theme for this Sunday is “Remembranc­e” and there will be a short ceremony to remember all who have passed in 2020. Our virtual choir will be singing “Cast Thy Burdens Upon the Lord.” Minimal worship assistants and a few vocalists will participat­e in the sanctuary with our live streaming each Sunday morning. Everyone is invited to attend in the comfort and safety of your own home. There is minimal staffing in the office during the week: 215-699-4604. Weekly food drive is every Wednesday from 11-1. Drop off non-perishable food and household (laundry and hand soap, cleaning supplies and paper products) items in the designated pick up in our parking lot. The collection will be taken to Manna on Main Street. A special interfaith service will be livestream­ed at 4 p.m. on Thanksgivi­ng Day.

Christmas food orders

Presentati­on of Our Lord Ukrainian Catholic Church: Is now taking orders for Christmas foods. Please call 215-3629599, leave your name and phone number clearly, to receive a call back to confirm your order for pierogi, kielbasa, nut and poppy seed rolls. Orders are being accepted through November 22. Orders will be available for drive-through pick up on Saturday, Dec. 12, from 1-4 PM at 1564 Allentown Road, Lansdale.

The Church of the Holy Spirit (Episcopal), 2871 Barndt Road at the corner of Sumneytown Pike, Upper Salford: Continues to live-stream the 10:15 a.m. Eucharist services on Sundays on their Facebook page, Church of the Holy Spirit, Harleysvil­le. Due to the Covid pandemic resurgence, all in-person services are being paused. Advent Evening Compline will be offered over Zoom on Thursdays at 8 p.m. starting Dec. 3. Wednesday chime concerts

St. John’s United Church of Christ: Andrew Paulson, Minister of Music at St. John’s United Church of Christ, will be playing the chimes every Wednesday at noon for a half hour.
