Drive-thru live Christmas Nativity: Join Central Schwenkfel­der Church and the community the weekend of Dec. 12-13 for a drivethru live Christmas Nativity. Enjoy Christmas songs and Scripture readings from your car as you drive through the scenes of the Christmas story on Central’s beautiful campus, 2111 S. Valley Forge Rd. Lansdale. There will be one afternoon performanc­e on Saturday, Dec. 12 from 1-2:30 p.m. and two evening performanc­es on Saturday, Dec. 12 and Sunday, Dec. 13 from 6-7:30 p.m. This is a free event to spread the story and love of Jesus this Christmas season. Advent Mission activities

Gwynedd Square Presbyteri­an Church: Invites the community to participat­e in annual Advent Mission Activities. Activities can be done in the safety of your own home and contactles­s delivery/pickup will be provided. There are two activities this year: prepare and package meals for the frail homebound in the fivecounty greater Philadelph­ia area through the Caring for Friends organizati­on, and prepare and package snack bags for distributi­on with meals prepared by Manna on Main Street, Lansdale. For volunteers preparing meals, empty meal trays and packaging will be dropped off at your home. You will then fill trays with a recipe of your choice and freeze at your home or have transporte­d to Gwynedd Square Church freezer to be frozen. Either option will include contactles­s pickup and meals will later be taken by the Deacons to a Caring for Friends distributi­on center for homebound delivery. For volunteers preparing snack bags, you can request bulk ingredient­s from the Deacons or purchase items from a list that will be provided. Start date for Advent Activities is Friday, Dec. 4with a completion date of Friday, Dec. 11. Meals will be picked up on Friday, Dec. 11. Deacons will be in the church parking lot at 837Sumneyt­own Pike on Dec. 11from 4-6p.m. to receive snack bag donations. St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 211. S. Main St., North Wales. Pre-recorded service at 10 a.m. First Sunday in Advent: Theme is “On Edge.” Service can be viewed at www.stpetersno­rthwales.org. Our church building may be closed due to the pandemic, but our ministry is alive and well.

Ongoing food drive for Manna on Main Street and New Creations Lutheran Church in Philadelph­ia is weekly on Wednesdays 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Place nonperisha­ble items in the designated pick-up truck in the parking lot. There will be a pre-recorded Christmas Eve service and a special Children’s service on our web site. The Church of the Holy Spirit (Episcopal), 2871 Barndt Road at the corner of Sumneytown Pike, Upper Salford: Continues to live-stream the 10:15 a.m. Eucharist services on Sundays on their Facebook page, Church of the Holy Spirit, Harleysvil­le. Due to the Covid pandemic resurgence, all in-person services are being paused. Advent Evening Compline will be offered over Zoom on Thursdays at 8 p.m. starting Dec. 3. The services are led by the Rev. Kathy Andonian, Rector, assisted by staff, parish and choir members. Wednesday chime concerts

St. John’s United Church of Christ: Andrew Paulson, Minister of Music at St. John’s United Church of Christ, will be playing the chimes every Wednesday at noon for a half hour.
