239 Welsh Road, Maple Glen: Rabbi Bonder will lead two different Seders on the 2nd night of Passover, one geared toward young families and the other designed for the entire community. Go to the Passover page of the Beth Or website for more info. First Day of Passover Service, Sunday, March 28, 9 a.m. Rabbi Bonder will lead the first day of Passover Service on Facebook Live. Young family Seder will be 5p.m. on Facebook Live. 2nd night Community Seder: Sunday, March 28, 6p.m. Facebook Live. For those looking for a traditiona­l 2nd night Seder, Rabbi Bonder will lead a Seder from his home. The first part of the Seder will last about 45minutes. We will then take a break to eat dinner. Rabbi Bonder will let you know what time to return for the 2nd part of the Seder. Last Day of Passover Service, Yizkor & Dedication of Memorial Plaques, Saturday, April 3at 11a.m. This service will be led by Rabbi Marx & Cantor Green & will be live streamed from the Gitlin Sanctuary. 2111S. Valley Forge Road, Worcester, welcomes all to worship. Palm Sunday, March 28, 9a.m. Traditiona­l service, will recognize Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem with music and a message by Rev. Dr. Drake Williams. At 10:45a.m. during the Contempora­ry Worship Service, Central’s Worship Team will lead in music and Pastor Williams will once again give the message. On Holy Thursday, April 1, at 7:30p.m., the church will hold a Tenebrae Communion Service which includes readings and music about Christ’s passion. Often called the “service of shadows” with accompanyi­ng music, this service prepares the heart and mind for the upcoming weekend of Good Friday and Easter. A Good Friday Service will be at noon in the sanctuary, April 2. Pastors David McKinley and Williams will lead this prayer service. Easter Sunday, April 4, will include an Easter Dawn service at 7:30a.m., outside in front of the church. (weather permitting) This will include special music and will be led by Pastor Williams. The 9a.m. Traditiona­l service includes special Easter music performed by the brass ensemble, Karen Dix on piano and Paige Cipolone on organ. Pastor McKinley will be preaching. Easter Sunday: In addition to having a recorded Easter service that may be accessed on YouTube and St. John’s public Facebook page on Easter Sunday at 10:15, in person worship will be held at Whites Road Park at 7 a.m. Attendees will gather on the hill by the band shell, breakfast will not be served and in place of an Easter egg hunt for the children there will be a special Easter treat to take home following the service.
