Solano County Library poses reading challenge

The Solano County Library has a lot in store for 2021, starting with “Try 12: A Year Long-Reading Challenge.”

The event, designed for teens and adults, has participan­ts read a book in each of twelve categories. Readers can register at any time and log their progress during the year. Completing the challenge will snag you a cool commemorat­ive pin and you will automatica­lly be entered into quarterly drawings for myriad prizes.

Holds may be placed on materials in the Library’s catalog. Book drops will remain open to accept returns 24/7 at all branch locations. Returned items are quarantine­d before being checked in.
