Midway Commerce Center development underway in Vacaville
Ridgeline Property Group has begun vertical construction on the 1.53 million square foot Midway Commerce Center, located off of Eubanks Drive in Vacaville.
The 89.7-acre Class “A” institutional quality industrial park is located midway between Sacramento and San Francisco. According to the City of Vacaville, the offices will be completed and ready for occupancy in the fall.
A press statement by Ridgeline describing the project stated that:
• Both buildings A and C will have LED lighting, ample power and high-finish offices.
• Building A, a 198,490 square foot rear-loading building, offers a 36foot clear height and mechanical dock levers at every other position. Wall panels for Building A are currently being lifted by cranes.
• Building C is a 1,228,982 square foot, cross-dock facility with an internal clear height of 42 feet. The walls are currently in place and the roof deck is now being applied.
“Ridgeline is excited to bring the Midway Commerce Center to the City of Vacaville, recognized for its business-friendly leadership, and strong labor market,” said Ridgeline Property Group Partner Steve Arthur in the statement. “Midway will attract national tenants seeking an outstanding Northern California location, bringing over 1,200 jobs to the city. Ridgeline is proud of our bestin-class project team, led by HPA Architecture, and their outstanding design. We anticipate announcing Building B (105,908 SF) very soon.”
