San Bernardino County

Restaurant: Sayaka Sushi, 1060 S. Mt. Vernon Ave., Colton

Closed: Nov. 2 Major violations: Cockroach infestatio­n

Reopened: Tuesday Restaurant: To Pho, 17348 Main St., Hesperia Closed: Nov. 3 Major violations: Rodent infestatio­n

Updates since last week:

Casa Jimenez at 26770 Jefferson Ave., Murrieta, which was ordered closed Nov. 1 because of a cockroach, rodent or fly infestatio­n, was allowed to reopen Nov. 4. El Rinconsito at 8990 Mission Blvd., Jurupa Valley, which was ordered closed Nov. 1 because of a cockroach, rodent or fly infestatio­n, was allowed to reopen Tuesday. A snack bar at Ramona Bowl Amphitheat­re, 27400 Ramona Bowl Road, Hemet, which was ordered closed Oct. 28 because of insufficie­nt hot or cold running water, was allowed to reopen Nov. 4.
