Casa Jimenez at 26770 Jefferson Ave., Murrieta, which was ordered closed Nov. 1 because of a cockroach, rodent or fly infestation, was allowed to reopen Nov. 4. El Rinconsito at 8990 Mission Blvd., Jurupa Valley, which was ordered closed Nov. 1 because of a cockroach, rodent or fly infestation, was allowed to reopen Tuesday. A snack bar at Ramona Bowl Amphitheatre, 27400 Ramona Bowl Road, Hemet, which was ordered closed Oct. 28 because of insufficient hot or cold running water, was allowed to reopen Nov. 4.
