Concert: The Ontario Chaffey Community Show Band presents “Music of the ’60s” at 7:30 p.m. March 20 in Gardiner W. Spring Auditorium on the campus of Chaffey High School, 1250 N. Euclid Ave., Ontario. Free. Tomato plant sale: Cal Poly Pomona’s Tomatozania, featuring hundreds of varieties of tomato plants for sale, begins March 18 at the Cal Poly Pomona Farm Store, 4102 S. University Drive, Pomona. Hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. The plants were propagated and grown by Cal Poly Pomona student employees who are plant sciences majors. La Verne Historical Society: In celebration of Women’s History Month, Ana Maria Whitaker, professor emerita of Cal Poly Pomona, will give a presentation on architect Julia Morgan in a program sponsored by the La Verne Historical Society at 4 p.m. at the Hillcrest Meeting House, 2705Mountain View Drive, La Verne. Morgan designed more than 700 residential, commercial and institutional buildings in 47California cities as well as buildings in Hawaii, Utah and Arizona. Free.
