Concert: The Pomona Concert Band presents its winter concert, “Meet the Band,” 7:30 p.m. Feb. 23 in the Palomares Park Community Center, 499E. Arrow Highway, Pomona. Free Concert: The Ontario Chaffey Community Show Band presents “At Last: An Evening of Love and Jazz,” a concert of jazz and popular songs, 7:30 p.m. Feb. 26 at Gardiner W. Folk dance ensemble: Brigham Young University’s International Folk Dance Ensemble and Mountain Strings will present “Journey Reflections,” a performance including American clogging, Irish step dance, Indian folk fusion, Ukrainian hopak and more, 7 p.m. Feb. 16 at Chaffey High School, 1245 N. Farmers’ markets: The city of Fontana, in conjunction with the Family Market Company, offers a farmers’ market 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Sundays in the aquatics center parking lot at Fontana Park, 15556 Summit Ave.; and 2-7 p.m. Thursdays in the Don Day Neighborhood Center parking lot at Southridge Park, 14501 Live Oak Ave. Concert: The Mei Duo presents “Manifold Muses: French and Spanish Music and Poetry,” a Scipps College faculty recital, 2 p.m. in Balch Auditorium on the Scripps College campus, 1030 N. Columbia Ave., Claremont. Mei Duo members are violinist Rachel Huang and pianist Hao Huang, Church convocation: A fellowship service preceding the United Holy Church of America, Central Pacific District, convocation is 4 p.m. at Ephesians New Testament Church, 9161 Sierra Ave., Suite 201B, Fontana.
