SARATOGA SPRINGS — Barbara K. Presler, 79, of Sa ra t oga Springs passed away peacefully Friday, Dec. 21, 2012.

Born in Springfiel­d, Vt., May 14, 1933, she was the daughter of the late John and Helen Skill Koledo.

Barb was a bookkeeper and secretary at Paddock Pool in Albany, Espey Manufactur­ing and Guyson Industries in Saratoga Springs.

Barb was a charter member of the Saratoga Springs Elks Lodge Ladies Auxiliary. She and her beloved husband were past co- presidents of the Saratoga Springs Junior High School PTA.

She enjoyed cooking, reading, playing Chinese checkers and making arts and crafts with her family.

She was predecease­d by her brothers, James and Thomas Koledo.

Barb is survived by her husband, Lawrence W. Presler; her children, Karen Nolan of Saratoga Springs, Ronald Presler ( Barb) of Churchvill­e, Bill Presler of Warrensbur­g and James Presler of Sa ra toga Springs; grandchild­ren, Crystal, Ka th leen , Bradley, Julie, Michelle, Erica and Gabrielle; great- grandchild­ren, Matthew and Cassie; brothers, Frederic Koledo ( Carol), Peter Koledo and Stephen Ankuda (Ellen) and sisters, Mary Jane Roberts (Floyd) and Catherine Merrill (Dan), all of Springfiel­d, Vt.; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to call from 9 to 11 a. m. Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012, at Armer Funeral Home Inc., 39 E. High St., Ballston Spa. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church on Milton Avenue in Ballston Spa.

Burial will be at Woodlands Cemetery in Cambridge.
