Annual Birthday Party for Retired Thoroughbreds at Old Friends at Cabin Creek Farm

GREENFIELD CTR. — Old Friends at Cabin Creek, a non-profit facility for retired thoroughbred race horses, will hold its annual birthday party for their horses from noon to 3 p.m. on Dec. 29 at the farm on 483 Sandhill Rd., Greenfield Center.

This year hot specialty soups and chili will be provided by Longfellows, The Wishing Well, Cock n Bull, Triangle Diner, The Harrenbrook Inn and Village Pizzeria, as well as beverages and coffee.

There will be tours, a silent auction, family activities, and birthday cake with the birthday boys, too.

Come and visit with special guest Nicole Russo, former Sports Editor for The Saratogian and current writer for the Daily Racing Form. Everyone is welcome.
