Annual Birthday Party for Retired Thoroughbreds

GREENFIELD CTR. — Old Friends at Cabin Creek, a non-profit facility for retired thoroughbred race horses, will hold its annual birthday party for their horses from noon to 3 p.m. on Dec. 29 at the farm on 483 Sandhill Rd., Greenfield Center.

This year hot specialty soups and chili will be provided by Longfellows, The Wishing Well, Cock n Bull, Triangle Diner, The Harrenbrook Inn and Village Pizzeria, as well as beverages and coffee.

There will be tours, a silent auction, family activities, and birthday cake.

Come and visit with special guest Nicole Russo, former Sports Editor for The Saratogian and current writer for the Daily Racing Form.
