Assault: Paul J. Pike, 24, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 1:30 a.m. July 25 on Broadway and charged with second-degree assault and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, felonies. Aggravated DWI: Andres Christians­en, 51, of Delray Beach, Fla., was arrested at 10:49 p.m. July 24 on Railroad Place and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicate­d, a felony, DWI, driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08 percent and endangerin­g the welfare of a child, misdemeano­rs. Police said the felony charge is due to Christians­en having a 13-year-old passenger in the vehicle. Mischief: John Paul Valentin, 21, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 12;24 p.m. July 24 on Oak Street and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeano­r. Unlicensed operation: Kevin T. McRae, 31, of Albany was arrested at 4:07 a.m. July 24 on Broadway and charged with firstdegre­e aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08 percent, misdemeano­rs. DWI: Ashley R. Gordon, 29, of Latham was arrested at 2 a.m. July 24 on Nelson Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a bloodalcoh­ol level greater than 0.08 percent, misdemeano­rs. Trespassin­g: Joel A. Ahearned Ray, of Troy was arrested at 1:22 a.m. July 24 on Fifth Avenue and charged with third-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeano­r. DWI: Kenyatta D. Blanchard, 24, of Ladson, S.C., was arrested at 2:40 a.m. July 23 on Circular Street and charged with driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r. Assault: Frank A. Tobias, 50, of Martinsvil­le, N.J., was arrested at 11:45 p.m. July 22 on Nelson Avenue and charged with two counts of second-degree assault, a felony, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeano­r. Drug possession: Steven D. Brizzell, 46, of Latham was arrested at 10:18 p.m. July 22 on Gridley Street and charged with third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies. Also arrested was Melissa A. Eakin, 42, of Latham, who was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r. Police said the substance was cocaine.

Sentencing: Jody J. Rogalo, 26, of Watervliet was sentenced July 25 to five years probation after pleading guilty June 6 to fourthdegr­ee grand larceny, a class E felony. Sentencing: Jack A. Bacchia, 26, of Scotia was sentenced July 25 to five years probation after pleading guilty June 6 to thirddegre­e burglary, a class D felony. Sentencing: Maria C. Haas, aka Maria Woodgate, 48, of Albany was sentenced July 25 to five years probation and to pay restitutio­n after pleading guilty June 20 to third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony.

Adams, 22 of Greenfield Center was arrested July 26 in Saratoga Springs and charged with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a bloodalcoh­ol level greater than 0.08 percent, misdemeano­rs. Grand larceny: Deandre B. Abrams, 19, of Clifton Park was arrested July 26 in Halfmoon and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony.
