Beauregard, 44, was arrested Sept. 23 in Milton and charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Contempt: Monique M. Bennefield, 37, was arrested Sept. 24 in Ballston and charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Under the influence: Seaver Patrick Higgins, 22, was arrested Sept. 24 in Saratoga Springs and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Mischief: Jarend M. Kinney, 25, was arrested Sept. 24 in Clifton Park and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Contempt: Joseph John Deschenes, 45, was arrested Sept. 24 in Milton and charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Drug possession: Peter J. Nortup, 26, was arrested Sept. 24 in Saratoga and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Unlicensed operation: Lees Macks O’Dell, 65, was arrested Sept. 25 in Malta and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Petit larceny: Angel Maria Williams Guynup, 20, was arrested Sept. 26 in Wilton and charged with petit larceny. Drug possession: George S. Bevins, 29, was arrested Sept. 26 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Contempt: Amber N. Hoffman, 26, was arrested Sept. 26 in Moreau and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.
