DWI: Todd V. Utley, 34, of Wilton was arrested Sept. 28 in Wilton and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08 percent, misdemeanors. False personation: Donna M. Daddio, 57, was arrested Sept. 26 in Halfmoon and charged with false personation, a misdemeanor. Grand larceny: Theodore L. Turmel, 26, of Rensselaer and Jeffrey L. Spink, 29, of Parish were arrested Sept. 26 in Wilton and charged with third-degree grand larceny and second-degree criminal mischief, felonies.
