Contempt: Zachary T. Silic, 26, of South Glens Falls was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony. Mischief: Crystal L. Morrison, 23, of Cohoes was arrested Oct. 18 in Halfmoon and charged with fourthdegree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Arson: Peter M. Perkins, 33, of Victory Mills was arrested Oct. 18 in Greenwich and charged with third-degree arson, a felony. Unlicensed operation: Randy S. Massago, 30, of Saratoga Springs was arrested Oct. 19 in Wilton and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Aggravated DWI: Shane E. Daly, 43, of Gansevoort was arrested Oct. 20 in Wilton and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI, and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. DWI: Anthony S. Bills, 44, of Corinth was arrested Oct. 20 in Queensbury and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08 percent, misdemeanors. Obstruction: Daniel K. Lavatai, 27, of Clifton Park was arrested Oct. 19 in Malta and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, misdemeanors. Drug possession: Gregory Seals, 54, of Winooski, Vt., was arrested Oct. 19 in Halfmoon and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. Drugged driving: Darren A. Brachetti, 43, of Ballston Spa was arrested Oct. 19 in Halfmoon and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors.
