Theft: Nancy L. Elliott, 53, of Gloversville was arrested on a warrant at 5:43 p.m. Oct. 20 on Saratoga Road charging her with theft of services and petit larceny, misdemeanors. Mischief: Maxwell H. Layden, 17, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 10:47 a.m. Oct. 20 on Nelson Avenue Extension and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Sexual misconduct: Tyleek A. Davis, 18, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 10 a.m. Oct. 20 on Lake Avenue and charged with sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor. Stolen property: Keyonna U. Dobson, 23, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on a warrant at 9:26 a.m. Oct. 18 charging her with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony. Unlicensed oepration: Alana K. Morrison, 25, of Porters Corners was arrested at 4:40 p.m. Oct. 17 on Union Avenue after a property damage accident and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Unlicensed operation: Jeffrey M. Rhodes, 45, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 8:16 a.m. Oct. 17 on Hathorn Boulevard and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.
