Dreweck, 40, of Schenectad­y was arrested at 7:54 p.m. Feb. 23 in Spring Street and charged with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08 percent, felonies, because of a previous drunken-driving conviction within the past 10 years. Unauthoriz­ed use: Melanie R. Stracuzzi, 69, of Clifton Park was arrested at 5:08 p.m. Feb. 23 on Route 9 and charged with thirddegre­e unauthoriz­ed use of a motor vehicle, a misdemeano­r. Assault: Joseph D. Powell, 22, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 12:09 p.m. Feb. 23 on Jefferson Street and charged with thirddegre­e assault, a misdemeano­r. Weapon possession: Joelle R. Delaney, 27, of Ballston Spa was arrested at 1:29 a.m. Feb. 23 on Lake Avenue and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony. Also arrested was Michael C. Gutto, 29, of Ballston Spa who was charged with five counts of seventhdeg­ree criminal possession of a controlled substance and thirddegre­e aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeano­rs. Menacing: Stephen L. Alpsberry, 16, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 4:42 p.m. Feb. 22 on Wagon Wheel Terrace and charged with two counts of second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of endangerin­g the welfare of a child, misdemeano­rs. Unlicensed operation: Connor A Berry, 36, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 3:37 a.m. Feb. 22 on Route 9 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeano­r. Aggravated DWI: Paul A. Watts, 34, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 1:52 a.m. Feb. 22 on Congress Avenue and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicate­d, a felony, DWI, endangerin­g the welfare of a child and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registrati­on, misdemeano­rs. DWI: Casey E. Shuta, 34, of Niskayuna was arrested at 1:08 a.m. Feb. 22 on Union Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08 percent, misdemeano­rs. Aggravated DWI: Maryann Thrane, 58, of Leeds, Mass., was arrested at 8:47 p.m. Feb. 21 on Lake Avenue and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicate­d, a felony, DWI and endangerin­g the welfare of a child, misdemeano­rs. Welfare fraud: Algentia O. Perry, 25, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 12:12 p.m. Feb. 21 on Lake Avenue and charged with fifth-degree welfare fraud and making a punishable false written statement, misdemeano­rs. Trespass: Joseph J. Deschenes, 46, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 11:55 a.m. Feb. 21 on Long Alley and charged with third-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeano­r. Aggravated harassment: Eddie Feliciano, 34, of Albany was arrested at 8:46 a.m. Feb. 21 on Lake Avenue and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeano­r. Drug possession: Eric H. Waite, 22, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 2:10 a.m. Feb. 21 on Schuyler Drive and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r. Using parapherna­lia: Chalmers D. Davis, 38, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 11:16 p.m. Feb. 20 on Walworth Street and charged with second-degree criminally using drug parapherna­lia, a misdemeano­r.

Forged instrument: Zachery M. Betters, 22, of Stillwater was arrested Feb. 14 on County Highway 76 and charged with possession of a forged instrument, a felony. Suspended registrati­on: Emily A. Ackernecht, 23, of Mechanicvi­lle was arrested Feb. 17 on Route 67 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registrati­on, a misdemeano­r.

Zane, 28, of Fort Edward was arrested Feb. 18 on County Highway 76 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registrati­on, misdemeano­rs. Unlicensed operation: Jeremy J. Kowal, 35, of Schroon Lake was arrested Feb. 18 on County Highway 76 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registrati­on, misdemeano­rs. Endangerme­nt: Samantha L. Williams, 17, of Stillwater was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with endangerin­g the welfare of a child, a misdemeano­r. Unlicensed operation: Jamie L. Hull, 26, of Schaghtico­ke was arrested Feb. 20 on Route 4 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeano­r.

Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office

Sentencing: Brett W. Fox, 28, of Waterford was sentenced Feb. 22 to five years probation after pleading guilty Dec. 9, 2016, to thirddegre­e burglary, a class D felony, and driving while intoxicate­d, a class E felony.
