ALBANY LAW SCHOOL: “Script to Street: Opioids and the Law in the Capital District,” the 12th annual symposium presented by the Albany Government Law Review, will feature two panel discussions with local judges, attorneys, doctors, and other experts at the frontline of the opioid epidemic. The first panel will explore legal, behavioral, and medicinal alternatives to incarceration. MOVERS & THINKERS: One of a series of oneday STEM programs at Gavin Park in the Town of Wilton. On March 11 from 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., “Robotic Friends” will explore the world of magnetic blocks (Cubelets) to create simple machines while you use the principles of electricity. Pre-registration is required, and is open to anyone in grades 2-6. Minimum of 10 registrants required for the program to run, with space for up to 20.
