Assault: Dylan J. Craft, 16, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 12:44 p.m. March 5 on Church Street and charged with second-degree assault, a felony. Also arrested was Kimberly Loftis, 41, of Saratoga Springs who was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor. Mischief: Devin P. Robbins, 23, of Clifton Park was arrested at 3:15 a.m. March 5 on Caroline Street and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony. Assault: Rahpheal V. Duncan, 22, of Albany was arrested at 1:50 a.m. March 5 on Caroline Street and charged with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanors. Contempt: Steven R. Jones, 24, of Queensbury was arrested at 5:39 p.m. March 4 on Ballston Avenue and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony. Unlicensed operation: Kyle P. Richman, 22, of Marietta was arrested at 12:44 p.m. March 4 on Lake Avenue and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. DWI: Benjamin B. Allen, 21, of Stoneham, Mass., was arrested at 2:55 a.m. March 4 on Maple Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Obstruction: Zachary M. Turner, 24, of Norfolk, Va., was arrested at 1:29 a.m. March 4 on Caroline Street and charged with obstruction of breathing, a misdemeanor. Weapon possession: Lamont L. Wilson, of Schenectady was arrested at 10:50 p.m. March 3 on Lincoln Avenue and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor. Drug possession: John L. Yakush, 35, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 9:16 p.m. March 3 on Phila Street and charged with fifthdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and five counts of unlawfully dealing with a child, misdemeanors. Also arrested was Angela D. Osberg, 42, of Saratoga Springs who was charged with five counts of unlawfully dealing with a child. Assault: Rick D. Teetz, 54, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 9:10 p.m. March 3 on Dutchess Court and charged with third-degree assault and two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanors.
