Petit larceny: Jacob S. Wright, 35, of Middle Grove was arrested at 6:46p.m. March 9on Leroux Road in Middle Grove on a warrant charging him with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. DWI: Tatyanna A. Antoski, 23, of Ballston Spa was arrested at 3:20a.m. March 9on Circular Street and charged with first- degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08 percent, misdemeanors. DWI: Corey A. Spruiel, 29, of Ballston Spa was arrested at 2:14a.m. March 9on Route 50and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08percent, misdemeanors. Aggravated DWI: Michael T. Connelly, 27, of Gansevoort was arrested at 8 p.m. March 9after an auto accident on Church Street and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI and driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08percent, misdemeanors. Assault: James B. Belden, 27, of Hudson Falls was arrested at 7p.m. March 8 on Ballard Road in Wilton on a warrant charging him with third- degree assault, a misdemeanor. Unlicensed operation: Daniel J. Taber, 21, of Amsterdam was arrested at 5:28p.m. March 8on Congress Street and charged with second- degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Unlicensed operation: Rachael A. Carson, 28, of Hudson Falls was arrested at 1:30a.m. March 8on Broadway and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Drug possession: John R. Daniele, 30, of Ballston Spa and Katie A. Gregorek, 30, of Stillwater were arrested at 12:52a.m. March 8on Van Dam Street and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Gregorek was also charged with second- degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Drug possession: Kevin R. Kelly, 26, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 9:56p.m. March 7on South Broadway and charged with seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. Weapon possession: Shannon L. Tracey, 33, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 2:30a.m. March 7on Zephyr Lane and charged with third- degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, seconddegree menacing, resisting arrested and third- degree criminal trespass, misdemeanors. Also arrested at Joseph J. Casertino, 49, of Saratoga Springs who was charged with second-degree obstructing

governmental administration, a misdemeanor.

Valenti, 33, of Malta was arrested March 9and charged with first- degree criminal contempt, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. DWI: Kimberly A. Frydel, 47, of Schuylerville was arrested March 9in the town of Saratoga and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08percent, misdemeanors.
